Catering Policies
We deliver fresh food on time! All our food is produced in our licensed catering kitchen located centrally five minutes from downtown. Our food is delivered in insulated food transporters to maintain temperature and ensure freshness. We also offer dishes, service, staff, tables, chairs and decor if necessary to the site of your choice.

Placing Orders
When placing orders for next day delivery, please ensure they are sent by 3:30 pm on the day prior. Our driver's schedules are set by 9:00 am each day. A specific time request for delivery of an order received after 9:00 am for same day delivery may not be possible and we would inform you of when the delivery could be made. Please note that hot meal orders must be placed a minimum of one day prior. Casual hors d'oeuvres and Lunch Box orders over 50 must be placed a minimum of two day’s prior.

During peak periods such as breakfast and lunch our drivers are busy with deliveries all over the city. Our drivers will plan their arrival within your requested time period (required as a 1/2 hour time period with an earliest and latest time). It is best that you order your latest time at least 15 minutes prior to when you actually need the food. If our drivers know they will be tardy, due to traffic circumstances beyond their control, they will notify you by phone. Delivery charges will apply to your order. There is a minimum $10.00 delivery charge for most areas of Calgary. Because of the ever growing size of Calgary we have had to add on a Deep North/South Delivery charge. Any address outside of the following area will be subject to the $15.00 delivery charge (still within City limits): South of Canyon Meadows Drive, West of Sarcee Trail, North of Beddington Trail, and East of 52nd Street. Deliveries prior to 6:30 am & after 5:00 pm Monday to Friday may be subject to a delivery surcharge to accommodate driver overtime.

We request a cancellation be received 24 hours prior to delivery. Our staff begin early in the morning to prepare for both breakfast and luncheons. Should you learn of your meeting or function being cancelled on the day of your order, please contact us and we may not have completed your order.

Payment Options
Sorrenti's accepts all major credit cards, cheques, cash, and will invoice on your account. Credit card information should not be transmitted and if this option is checked, we will contact you for your credit card information. Invoices on account are due within 30 days.

Setup on site
Our delivery staff are pleased to be able to assist you in placing the trays and beverages for service. They will be kept wrapped for freshness. When hot food is ordered, our staff will setup the chafing dish (if ordered) and place the hot food for service of your hot meal. The client is responsible to ensure that the table for setup is protected from the heat source of the chafing dish.
